Luxury Student Housing

As the first legitimate luxury housing created for students, University Park transcended all other student alternatives, and the developers tasked Woo Creative with creating the overall brand of this monumental project.

In addition to producing the marketing collateral (website, brochure, on-site signage, T-shirts and other various swag), Woo developed the logo and birthed the now infamous moniker for the project, “U-Park”.

Woo enlisted active Florida Atlantic University (FAU) students to form focus groups, which provided real-world feedback about the amenities and perks that college students sought for off-campus housing. Information gleaned from these groups allowed Woo Creative to provide consultation support for both the interior and exterior design of the U-park complex, and to custom-tailor the brand positioning of University Square and University View (U-Square & U-View, respectively).

On Target

Working directly with students, the target demographic, allowed Woo Creative to graphically align the student housing brands within our client’s portfolio, and led to all three related “U” properties reaching a 100% lease rate in record time.
